Stonewall Inn Peer Support Groups

What Are Peer Support Groups?

At Sisters PGH, we know that healing isn’t just about one-on-one therapy—it’s about being seen, held, and supported by your people. Our Peer Support Groups are designed to be safe, hype, and healing spaces where trans and nonbinary folks can link up, vibe out, and talk through real-life struggles with others who truly get it.

Whether you're new to this journey or deep in your self-care era, these biweekly groups offer a space to connect, vent, celebrate wins, and process what’s heavy. Everything is grounded in care, community, and zero judgment. Come as you are—we’ll meet you there.

What to Expect

Groups are free and open to trans and nonbinary people affiliated with Sisters PGH
Sessions are held biweekly at the Stonewall Inn or virtually via Zoom
Each group is facilitated by our Behavioral Health Programs Manager, with support from Sisters PGH staff when needed. Groups may also be Peer Led.

Topics are tailored around community needs and interests, often shaped directly by participants
Groups are confidential, affirming, and grounded in collective care.
